We have been doing business Rhett Smillie for the past 15 years. He sold us our first home in University Heights back in 95’. Since then we have become very good friends and have done some commercial leases together.
Just recently I purchased a 6,000 square foot custom home with Rhett’s assistance. As everyone else does, I have several friends (even family members) that are in the Real Estate Market.
